What do the application stages mean?

After you apply, your application moves through stages as the employer reviews it:

• Pending, submitted, not yet reviewed
• Shortlisted, the employer is considering you
• Interview, you've been moved to interview
• Accepted, you've been selected
• Rejected, not selected for this role

Stages are set by the employer as they review applications, so timing depends on the employer, not on Yadanoo.
