Open a job from My Jobs and go to its Applications tab. Every candidate who applied is listed there with their full profile (work experience, education, skills) and any screening question answers, there's no separate uploaded CV file, the profile itself is what candidates submit.

You can leave internal notes on a candidate, rate them, and move their application through your review pipeline.
