How does "confidential" job posting work?

Marking a job confidential hides your company's identity from the public listing, useful if you don't want to publicly announce who's hiring for a role.

Because of this, confidential jobs can't use application methods that would reveal your company (like linking out to your own careers page), applications need to come back through Yadanoo.
